Delicious Aratu Moqueca Recipe

Ingredients to make delicious Aratu Moqueca:

 1 kilogram of shredded aratu

 3 units of tomato

 1 unit of onion

 1 unit of pepper

 1 bunch of chopped coriander

 2 cloves of crushed garlic

 1 unit of lemon (juice)

 200 milliliters of coconut milk

 50 milliliters of palm oil

 2 tablespoons of olive oil

 canned pepper

 salt

How to make delicious Aratu Moqueca:

To make this crab moqueca recipe, start by chopping or cutting the onion, tomatoes and peppers into slices. Place over medium-low heat a pan (preferably clay) with the oil, onion and garlic and let it simmer until soft.

Add the tomatoes, peppers and coriander, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Then add the coconut milk, lemon juice and aratu, cover again and let it boil for another 10 minutes.

Tip: If you want, you can also add shrimp core or dry shrimp along with the aratu.

Finally, add the palm oil and adjust the flavor with salt and a few drops of pepper. Leave it for another 5 minutes, without the lid, and turn off the heat at the end of that time.
